About the Program
An opportunity for young professionals with a food and beverage background to move to Hong Kong and work at Bar Leone — The World's Best Bar 2025 and The Best Bar in Asia 2024 and 2025 — alongside the team named Best International Bar Team at the 2026 Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards.
The Stage is built on a simple belief: the best way to learn this craft is by doing it, in a great room, alongside a great team. Challenge yourself in a healthy, professional environment and grow with an ambitious, expanding small business.

The Credentials
The Bar Leone Stage is open to young professionals eligible for a Working Holiday Visa in Hong Kong.
Two paths are available:
the Internship Programme (6 months); or
the Full Bar Leone Stage (12 months).
Candidates who exceed expectations and show the ambition to stay in Hong Kong and grow with us will be considered for a full working visa, sponsored by Bar Leone.
The Package
The program includes a competitive remuneration package, allowing stagiaires to focus fully on the experience.
Please note that the Stage is a full commitment — candidates should not take on any other full-time or part-time employment for its duration.
